Overview


We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, providing support, and creating positive, solution-oriented experiences.


As a Customer Service Associate, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. This position offers hands-on training and opportunities for long-term growth within customer service, operations, and related business functions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver a high level of customer service by assisting customers with questions, concerns, and general inquiries
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in person, over the phone, and through digital channels

  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations

  • Support daily operations and assist with administrative or customer-related tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure consistency in service delivery
  • Contribute to team goals related to customer satisfaction, efficiency, and overall performance
