Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and assist them with dry cleaning orders and tailoring requests, • Accurately check in garments, document special care instructions, and manage tailoring requests, • Respond to customer inquiries via email, text message, and telephone in a professional and timely manner, • Maintain accurate order records using our computer system, • Communicate effectively with the tailoring and production teams to ensure customer expectations are met, • Resolve customer questions or concerns while maintaining our high service standards, • Help maintain a welcoming and organized front-of-house environment Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, • Comfortable using computers and navigating order management systems, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling, • Friendly personality with a genuine passion for making customers smile, • Proactive and able to anticipate customer needs, • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, • Capable of making quick, thoughtful decisions when needed, • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We’re Looking For: Someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and understands that every interaction matters.
