We are a high-end dry cleaning and tailoring company dedicated to exceptional garment care and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and help deliver a premium experience to our valued clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with dry cleaning orders and tailoring requests
  • Accurately check in garments, document special care instructions, and manage tailoring requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, text message, and telephone in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate order records using our computer system
  • Communicate effectively with the tailoring and production teams to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Resolve customer questions or concerns while maintaining our high service standards
  • Help maintain a welcoming and organized front-of-house environment

Qualifications:


  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating order management systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling
  • Friendly personality with a genuine passion for making customers smile
  • Proactive and able to anticipate customer needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Capable of making quick, thoughtful decisions when needed
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
