    A growing company is seeking Customer Service Representative to join its team in New York City. Qualifications • Associate degree or Bachelor degree preferred, • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, • Outstanding phone and email etiquette, • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, • Pay attention to details., • Proficiency in MS Office, • Exceptional communication skills, • Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Spanish preferred.
