We are looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic Daycare Assistant/Teacher to support our daily program activities. The ideal candidate loves working with young children, has a patient demeanor, and can help maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom environment. Key Responsibilities Assist the lead provider in implementing daily schedules, learning activities, and play routines. Help supervise children during indoor/outdoor play, meals, and rest times to ensure safety at all times. Support children with basic care needs (e.g., handwashing, diapering/potty training, snack distribution). Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment and prepare educational materials. Communicate positively and professionally with parents and guardians during drop-offs and pick-ups.

POSITION OVERVIEW: Group Leaders are responsible for academic tutoring and assisting lead instructors in preparing students to demonstrate newly acquired skills in STEM, leadership, sports and the arts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Provide academic support, homework guidance, assistance, and supervision to students., • Organize, lead, and promote the students’ interest and participation in the activities offered by you or the program., • Supervise groups of students while maintaining their physical and emotional safety and health., • Foster an atmosphere of fun and learning, and serve as a role model to students., • Always conducting yourself professionally and maintaining appropriate boundaries., • Establish and enforce rules for behavior, and procedures for maintaining order among the students., • Maintain effective classroom management that encourages full participation and student growth., • Closely coordinate with the Program Director and coworkers for any programmatic changes or any other issues or concerns., • Participate in staff meetings, program evaluations, program improvement, and professional development training throughout the school year.
