Engage participants in after-school activities and role model appropriate behavior. Ensure the safety of participants at all times. As needed, engage in outreach activities to ensure attendance and participation. Provide support to activity instructors and other group leaders. Develop and facilitate a sequenced and thematic curriculum and various other activities, including arts & crafts. Demonstrate effective classroom management skills. Inspect all facilities, equipment, and supplies and be sure all are locked away securely at the end of each day.
