Prep Cook 20/hr Key Responsibilities: Wash, peel, chop, slice, and measure ingredients according to recipes and production needs. Assist with assembling meal components and packaging as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Assist with inventory checks and notify supervisors of low stock or expired items. Support dishwashing and kitchen cleaning tasks as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food prep role preferred. Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
