Responsibilities - Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed. - Schedule patient appointments - Communicate effectively with physicians and medical assistants - Provide patient support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Assist with duties including typing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies. - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment. - Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
