Cure Staffing is hiring experienced New York State RNs to complete UAS assessments for medically fragile and vulnerable adults and children across all 5 boroughs. You are not expected to cover all boroughs—we are building a dedicated 12‑RN team for this program and will assign you to cases near your home area whenever possible.​ You will combine flexible field work and virtual assessments to evaluate members’ daily living abilities and help determine the right level of home care services. Each assessment is scheduled for about 2 hours and may be done in the home or via Microsoft Teams, based on member preference, with caseloads clustered geographically to limit travel.​ What you get • $55/hour, paid weekly via direct deposit, • Consistent 35‑hour work week, • Hybrid role – mix of home visits and virtual assessments, • MetroCard reimbursement/provision for approved work travel, • Complete UAS‑NY assessments in members’ homes and virtually, • Evaluate medical, functional, psychosocial, and safety needs, • Recommend appropriate home care service levels and develop person‑centered plans of care, • Document assessments accurately and submit all required forms within 3 business days, • Active New York State RN license (required), • At least 2 years of RN experience, • Experience with psych, geriatric, and/or younger disabled populations, • Background in community health, home care, or managed care strongly preferred, • Prior UAS‑NY assessment experience and familiarity with Managed Long‑Term Care a plus, • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills, • Comfortable working independently in the field and from home

Provides safety/health teaching to Residents. • Responsible to track and maintain the annual PPD and Physicals for all employees and contracted staff. Responsible for maintaining record., • Immunizations, • Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Registered Nursing, licensed to practice in NY, • Must have training or experience in Long Term Care, • Must have leadership, self-reliance, creativity, integrity, initiative, good judgment and dependability. Very good communication and documentation skills preferably public speaking and teaching skills.
