This vital role ensures the smooth operation of our kitchen by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities: • Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely., • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans., • Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and storage racks., • Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal., • Support kitchen staff by putting away clean dishes and equipment., • Monitor detergent and sanitizer levels and replenish as needed., • Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Our Wine bar is looking for Dishwasher, able to handle a busy kitchen and keep things organized in a small space. The position is for our wine bar in Brooklyn Heights. The dishwasher performs all duties related to dishwashing, drying and polishing, and maintaining general cleanliness of the entire kitchen and prep areas . The position is full part time, 6pm-12am Wednesday - Friday.
