Entry Level - Behavior Technician - Box W

Lighthouse is seeking caring and motivated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work directly with children and their families, helping them reach meaningful milestones and improve overall quality of life. Responsibilities include: • Implement ABA strategies under BCBA guidance, • Provide 1:1 therapy based on individualized treatment plans, • Teach and reinforce communication, social and daily living skills, • Build positive relationships with clients and families, • Collect data and track progress, • Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, • Maintain accurate session documentation Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with children with autism and the special needs community. They are motivated to make a difference and are interested in learning more about the field of ABA.

While ABA therapy experience is not required, childcare or caregiving experience is required.
