As a Security Guard, you will maintain a secure perimeter and respond to any safety concerns. Responsibilities will include: • Greeting and assisting guests with inquiries, reservations, and general information about the steakhouse., • Managing the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and professional., • Monitoring security cameras and conducting regular patrols of the premises., • Ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property., • Responding to and de-escalating any incidents or emergencies discreetly and efficiently., • Controlling access to restricted areas., • Maintaining clear and accurate logs of all security-related activities., • Collaborating with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications: • Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or security is preferred., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure., • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail., • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting if required., • Basic computer proficiency., • A professional and polished appearance aligned with a fine dining establishment., • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
