The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients and insurance providers, overseeing policy administration from inception through renewal while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring accurate and timely policy administration., • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and providing expert advice., • Coordinate with insurance carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes, endorsements, and renewals., • Review and interpret insurance policies, endorsements, and coverages to ensure client needs are met., • Assist clients with claims processing and act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers during claim resolution., • Maintain detailed and organized records of all accounts, communications, and transactions., • Proactively identify opportunities for clients to enhance or optimize their insurance coverage., • Collaborate with the sales team to support business development initiatives and client retention strategies. Requirements • Minimum of 4 years' experience managing commercial lines insurance accounts., • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including general liability, property, business auto, and workers' compensation., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships., • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities., • Proficient in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite., • Ability to analyze and resolve complex insurance issues independently and efficiently., • Professional Property & Casualty insurance license.
