We're looking for a chef to join the team that is versatile and experienced. Must be able to make both Down Home Southern Food and Fancy Hor Dourves.

Prepare ingredients for use in sandwiches, our signature pastrinos, and baked pastries depending on the shift. Dishwashing and cleaning will be done during the shifts as well. Some heavy lifting up to 50lb is required.

The Sushi Chef de Partie is responsible for running the day-to-day operation of a specific station while having an understanding of the other kitchen stations. The Sushi Chef de Partie will prepare high-quality food that meets the company's standards, ensuring the station is clean and well-stocked. This position has an hourly rate of $33.74. Qualifications • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred., • NYS Food Handlers Certificate or equivalent is required., • CPR, First aid are required within 3 months of hire., • AED preferred., • Completion of recent PPD Test within one year of employment and annually thereafter is required., • A minimum of one year of experience in food preparation for a residential population of at least 50 is preferred., • Knowledge of food and nutrition., • Experience with the homeless, persons living with a mental health condition, and substance abuse populations is preferred., • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Outlook, etc.) are a plus., • Basic written and verbal communication skills., • Foreign languages are a plus.
