We are looking for a reliable, highly motivated dog lover who's physically capable of walking up to 10 miles and endure the seasonal elements. We're calling for mature candidates who want to gain and maintain employment by showing up every day without excuses.

This is a part-time on-site role as a Pet Care Provider located in Jersey City, NJ. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to providing care for pets and ensuring their well-being. Dog walking and indoor pet feeding and some longer hours of pet sitting on occasion will be required.

Dog Groomer / Stylist - Expectations & Qualifications: High School diploma or GED Minimum of 3+ years experience grooming dogs of all breeds, sizes and ages Experience managing a grooming salon is a bonus! Genuine passion for the well-being of dogs and their grooming experience Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills High degree of independent decision-making and problem-solving capability Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills Maintain a clean and comfortable groom room environment at all times Must be physically fit to lift dogs 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods of time and perform requirements of the job Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends & holidays Projects Work with marketing team and content creators to capture before and after and in-service shots / reels for marketing purposes (this will always be in consultation for the appropriate time). Pet Groomer We are looking for a friendly pet groomer to perform all grooming-related duties necessary to ensure that pets are neat, clean, and look their best. The pet groomer’s responsibilities include bathing animals of various sizes and temperaments, trimming, clipping, or shaving hair/fur, and removing matted hair. You should also be able to ensure that grooming tools and equipment are in good working condition. Identifying health issues in pets, such as ear infections, skin conditions, or tooth decay, and informing pet owners of these observations. Ensuring that all pets are safe during the grooming process. Routinely cleaning work areas. Recommending suitable products to pet owners. Pet Groomer Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Certification through the National Dog Groomer Association of America is advantageous. Proven professional grooming experience. Sound understanding of animal behavior. The ability to stand for long periods of time. The ability to treat all animals with compassion. The ability to lift heavy pets and equipment. Excellent communication skills.
