We are looking for a skilled Line Cook with experience in Asian cuisine, particularly Thai cuisine, to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about authentic flavors, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintains high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes and other Asian cuisine according to recipes and quality standards. Set up and stock cooking stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies. Ensure all food is prepared, plated, and presented consistently. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with food preparation and ingredient restocking. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service. Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized workstation. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries properly. Requirements: Previous experience as a Line Cook, with strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and Asian cooking techniques. Experience preparing dishes such as curries, stir-fries, noodle dishes, soups, and other traditional Thai specialties. Familiarity with Thai herbs, spices, sauces, and ingredients. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Culinary training or certification is a plus but not required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-volume Asian or Thai restaurant. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for authentic Thai cuisine and continuous learning of Asian culinary techniques.
