Looking for Part-Time or Full Time busboy/ Runners! We are a family-style restaurant that has proudly served the park slope community for over 35 years. The busser/ Runner supports FOH by maintaining a clean, organized dining room, assisting servers, and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages. Key Responsibilities • Clear & reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests; maintain clean tabletops and seating areas., • Refill water bottles, Restocking service stations, wash rags, Polish silverware/ glasses, fold napkins, Take Phone Orders, Sweep and cleaning responsibilities, • Run food, assist servers with beverage runs during busy service., • Follow all health, safety and sanitation guidelines, • Be a positive, presentable team member who helps maintain energy on the floor Qualifications Required • Prior experience in restaurants or bars (2+ years), • Bilingual Spanish/English - Helpful for guest service, • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift and carry up to 40-50lbs, handle hot plates, etc., • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays), • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking direction.
