We are seeking a talented, creative, and customer-focused Hair Stylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hair care, beauty trends, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Hair Stylist will provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, while ensuring clients have a welcoming and enjoyable salon experience.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
Perform haircuts, trims, styling, blowouts, and updos for clients of all ages.
Apply hair coloring, highlights, balayage, toning, and other chemical treatments safely and professionally.
Perform hair treatments, including deep conditioning, keratin, and scalp treatments.
Educate clients on proper hair care and recommend salon products.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Keep up to date with current hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Assist with inventory management and restocking salon supplies as needed.
Work collaboratively with the salon team to provide outstanding customer service.
