This isn't just a desk job; you will be the technical "tip of the spear" in the field, handling complex service calls and high-end programming. You’ll serve as a de-escalation expert for frustrated clients, a mentor for greener technicians, and a proactive teammate who jumps in to help on installs whenever there is downtime.
