
Serra by Eataly is looking for a passionate and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in their craft, and are eager to grow within a professional kitchen.
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and executing dishes according to our recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized station, and supporting the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Set up and maintain your station before, during, and after service.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, labeling, and sanitation procedures.
Maintain consistency, speed, and attention to detail during service.
Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Assist with daily prep production and inventory organization.
Follow all health, safety, and company standards.
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
