We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Food Truck Driver & Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the food truck to and from our garage location, prepping ingredients, cooking menu items to standard during service, and keeping the truck clean and organized. Key Responsibilities: Safely drive and park the food truck between the commissary/garage and operating spots in NYC. Prep ingredients, cook, and assemble orders quickly and accurately during rush hours. Operate commercial kitchen equipment (fryers, griddles, rice cookers) following safety guidelines. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness (opening setup and end-of-day closing/cleaning). Handle inventory restocking and assist with daily truck maintenance checks.
