Key Responsibilities
Station Setup: Stocking, organizing, and cleaning their designated station before and during service.
Food Preparation (Mise en Place): Chopping, mixing, portioning ingredients, and preparing sauces and components for dishes.
Cooking: Executing dishes using methods like grilling, sautéing, and adhering to recipes and quality standards.
Plating & Assembly: Assembling and plating dishes for timely delivery to customers.
Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintaining strict cleanliness, sanitizing surfaces, and properly storing food to meet health regulations.
Inventory & Stocking: Monitoring inventory, restocking supplies, and rotating stock.
