Cooking: Executing dishes using methods like grilling, sautéing, and adhering to recipes and quality standards. Plating & Assembly: Assembling and plating dishes for timely delivery to customers. Prior experience preferred but not required; training provided. Cook Key Responsibilities: Cook noodles, dumplings, and entrées according to San Wei recipes and plating standards. Operate woks, noodle boilers, steamers, fryers, and other equipment safely. Maintain clean and organized station throughout service. Communicate with expo and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow. Monitor food quality, portion control, and ticket times. Assist with daily opening/closing duties and restocking. Cook Qualifications: Fast-casual or Asian kitchen experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and consistency.
