We are seeking a reliable, bilingual Line Cook/Pizza maker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced kitchen and is committed to quality, consistency, and cleanliness.
The Line Cook/Pizza maker will assist with food preparation, cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and standards, and maintain an organized and sanitary workspace.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients for service, including chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and preparing sauces
  • Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain food quality and freshness using proper food-handling and sanitation procedures
  • Keep kitchen stations clean and organized throughout the shift
  • Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash as needed
  • Assist with inventory control and stock rotation
  • Follow all kitchen safety and cleanliness standards
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    Qualifications
  • Experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
  • Experience making pizza or the ability and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks

  • Cocinar y emplatar platos según recetas y estándares
  • Operar equipos de cocina de forma segura y eficiente
  • Mantener la calidad y frescura de los alimentos siguiendo normas sanitarias
  • Mantener estaciones de cocina limpias y organizadas durante el turno
  • Lavar utensilios, desinfectar superficies y sacar basura según sea necesario
  • Apoyar en control de inventario y rotación de productos
  • Cumplir con normas de seguridad y limpieza
  • Trabajar eficientemente bajo presión en un entorno de ritmo rápido
