The Role:
We are looking for a charismatic and knowledgeable Live Stream Host to become the face of our brand. You will be the friendly expert our community turns to, responsible for creating engaging, informative, and entertaining live streams that drive sales and foster a love for succulents. This isn't just about selling—it's about sharing a passion.
Key Responsibilities:

• Host daily/weekly live streams on platforms like TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, whatnot, and Facebook Live to showcase our succulent collection, share plant care tips, and drive e-commerce sales.
• Develop engaging themes for live shows (e.g., "Succulent Spotlight," "Arrangement Tutorials," "Rare Plant Reveals") to captivate our audience.
• Serve as a succulent expert: educate viewers on plant varieties, care instructions (watering, sunlight, soil), and troubleshooting common issues.
• Actively interact with the live chat, answering questions, giving shoutouts, and building a positive, inclusive community atmosphere.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to plan and promote live stream events and new product launches.
• Monitor performance metrics to understand what content resonates best with our audience and continuously improve the show.

Who You Are:

• A plant enthusiast with genuine knowledge and passion for succulents and cacti. You don't need a botany degree, but you should know your Echeverias from your Haworthias!
• A natural on camera with high energy, authenticity, and the ability to engage an audience for 1-2 hour sessions.
• An excellent communicator and storyteller, able to make plant care fun and accessible for beginners and experts alike.
• Tech-savvy, with experience or a quick ability to learn live streaming software (OBS, StreamYard), lighting, and audio equipment.
• A self-starter who is reliable, punctual, and thrives in a dynamic, online environment.
• Previous experience in live stream sales, social media hosting, or a related field is a strong plus.
