We are a small medical office with just a few employees and are searching for Office Admin/Receptionist in Queens.


We need the right self-starters to work here. This a job that is complex and rewarding, so we want to find someone who can handle deadlines and think quickly.


We are looking for someone who can offer 25-35 hours a week, as well as someone part-time who is knowledgable in using PC programs like Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel) and Google's (doc and sheets) and can pick up on more complicated pdf and data entry programs. Please note if you have typing and clerical computer work experience. Basic understanding of how to use a phone, computer (Microsoft OS), printer, is necessary.


If you are bilingual Spanish and English fluent, please let us know, because this would be very helpful.


We are willing to train the right candidate, so we mostly need a hard worker who can complete office assignments in an efficient way and communicate problems and solutions to the doctor and other employees. Someone who can do basic problem-solving, multi-tasking and communicate with others in the office.
