Role Overview:
As an office assistant at Omega, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and specialists.

This role requires a proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to work collaboratively with peers to achieve daily success.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls with a professional demeanor.

Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.
Coordinate and book appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and service providers.
Liaise with specialists to address customer needs and facilitate effective solutions.
Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and uphold company standards.

Ideal Candidate:
You are enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Hours: 40 per week

Benefits

Schedule
Always: 5 day per week, 8 hours per day.

Rotating schedule.
