We are NetTel, USA. A local Long Island company who handles customer retention and collections calls for large U.S. businesses. Job Description We are looking for employees who can negotiate on the phone. The position is calling customers who are past due, our job is to collect the money! You will speak with customers to bring their account current and process payments to help the customer avoid their account going into collections. Hybrid and In Office positions available! - No experience necessary. 4 week paid training program. We train you in how to negotiate with customers and handle retention/collection calls. - Base Hourly Salary $16.50 per hour - Training is part time. Full-time positions are available after probationary period. - Remote work opportunities available AFTER a probationary period. - Weekly pay, including paid incentives & bonuses based on performance. - Competitive benefits packages, including medical/dental/vision/401K - Flexible schedule options, Weekends are required. - Growth and advancement opportunities available.
