Job description: Join the Region Home Therapy Team
Region Home Therapy is actively seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated **Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech Languages Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)** to join our growing rehabilitation network.
As a trusted rehabilitation staffing agency, we partner with home care agencies and healthcare organizations throughout New York to provide exceptional therapy services. We are currently hiring clinicians to deliver in-home therapy services to pediatric and adult patients, including individuals with developmental disabilities, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, chronic illnesses, and other special needs.
Our clinicians play a vital role in helping patients maximize independence, improve mobility and function, and enhance their overall quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care delivered in the comfort of their homes.
Position Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home therapy services based on physician referrals and individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and establish measurable treatment goals (PT/OT/SLP).
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, self-care, and daily living skills.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety techniques, and adaptive strategies.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain compliance with New York State regulations, payer requirements, and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Current New York State license in your respective discipline (PT, OT, PTA, or COTA)
• Minimum of one (6 months) of clinical experience preferred
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Reliable transportation for travel to patient homes
