As an agent, you will be responsible for listing and selling residential and commercial real estate, negotiating purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers, hosting open houses and other events, preparing market analysis to help determine property value, educating clients on basic real estate procedures, and verifying and disclosing property facts to clients. Real Estate Agent Requirements: Must be a licensed real estate agent. Must be in good standing with the local realtor board, or an inactive agent who can immediately move his/her license. Experience with sales. Strong interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of the local property. Possess a valid driver's license.
