Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.

- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent phone and in person etiquette while managing multiple calls simultaneously.
Experience - Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and analysis skills to identify customer needs effectively.
