Position Overview
We’re looking for ambitious Sales Executives / Account Managers to join our dynamic team in New York City. You’ll be at the forefront of helping business owners access the capital they need to thrive. This is a high-growth, high-reward opportunity with an uncapped commission structure.

What You’ll Do:
Prospect and Qualify Leads: Connect with small to medium-sized businesses in need of working capital, leveraging both warm leads and your sales expertise.
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and offer tailored Merchant Cash Advances, working capital loans, and other financing solutions.
Relationship Management: Build trust with clients by providing transparent solutions and exceptional service, leading to repeat business and referrals.
Drive Results: Manage your sales pipeline effectively, close deals, and consistently exceed performance targets.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records to support ongoing communication and follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1+ years in B2B sales, financial services, alternative business lending, or related industries. MCA experience is a huge plus.
Skillset: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. You thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced environment.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently while collaborating with our high-performing team.
