Sales Representative (Cold Calling Specialist – Commission-Based)

Position Details:

  • Compensation: Commission-only (15% commission) with bonus opportunities.
  • Training: One-week, non-paid training to set you up for success.

Schedule: Full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on cold calling to generate leads and build a strong client base.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with potential clients.
  • Partner with clients to identify their goals and offer tailored solutions.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, specifically cold calling.
  • Proven success in generating leads and converting them into loyal clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and office applications.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for helping nonprofits succeed.
