Skills: - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Knowledge of CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques. - Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations. - Attention to detail and strong observation skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Note: Prior experience in a supervisory role in the security industry is preferred.
