The Role The Fire Life Safety Director (FSD) is a critical on-site safety role at the Return Policy™ Broadway Hotel. The FSD is responsible for the life safety of all guests, staff, and visitors in the building, ensuring full compliance with New York City Fire Department (FDNY) regulations, the NYC Fire Code, and all applicable building safety standards. This is a standalone, full-time position requiring a valid FDNY Fire Safety Director Certificate of Fitness. The FSD operates with a high degree of independence and is expected to act decisively in emergency situations while maintaining a calm, professional presence at all times. What You’ll Do You are the designated safety authority on property during your shift.
