We are hiring a Project Manager for both junior and experienced roles. Experience is not required for the junior role, as training will be provided. The main responsibility is managing projects from RFQ to completion, ensuring smooth execution. Experienced candidates will handle the duties outlined below, while those with no experience will be trained. Duties  Prepare submittal packages and request factory drawings as needed.  Ensure accuracy by comparing purchase orders to quotes and shop drawings.  Process and expedite orders, resolving vendor and customer concerns.  Manage field projects, including kickoff meetings and regular in-person check-ins.  Coordinate technical support needs.  Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and contractors. Qualifications  At least 3 years of experience in the commercial lighting industry or a related project Management role.  Experience as a job site Project Manager in the NYC market is preferred.  Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.  Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.  Proficient in Outlook and Excel, with the ability to learn in-house systems like QuickBooks.  Experience in reviewing quotes, creating submittal packages, and processing purchase orders.  Strong customer service and sales skills.  Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
