Recording residents’ health details, including vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.) to monitor their condition. Administering medications and injections to residents as prescribed. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores, ensuring proper healing and comfort for the residents. Supervising and guiding Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), as required, to ensure quality care is provided. Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene needs, promoting dignity and respect. Monitoring residents’ food and liquid intake and output, ensuring proper nutritional support. Requirements: Valid LPN State license. Must be in good standing with the State Registry. Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative environment.
