The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of proven experience in cutting, coloring, and styling hair, with a strong understanding of current trends and techniques. You will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services, including consultations with clients to achieve their desired looks, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Starting commission is 40% but it gets better . Any of your own clients we break even 50% but that 50% can become 60% if you’re killing it with your own walk ins!!!
