Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our INKSTINCT NYC team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct phone calls . Manage and schedule appointments. Social media (stories and post) Inventory (supplies only) Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized the tattoo studio area. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Requirements: Tattoo studio knowledge but not required Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
