



Hiring: Lead Teacher, Teacher Aide, and Teacher Assistant
We are seeking dedicated, caring, and responsible early childhood education professionals to join our team. Candidates should be passionate about working with children and committed to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Experience working with young children preferred.
Strong classroom management, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to develop lesson plans, supervise classroom activities, and monitor children's development.
Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods and classroom safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities.
Lead classroom instruction and manage daily routines.
Monitor children's learning, behavior, and developmental progress.
Supervise and guide teacher aides and assistants.
Communicate with parents regarding children's progress and needs.
Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Requirements:
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Previous experience working with children is an advantage.
Patient, caring, and dependable.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to assist with classroom activities and children's daily needs.
Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
Help supervise children during playtime, meals, and other daily routines.
Support children's social, emotional, and educational development.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
Assist with classroom materials and learning resources.
Requirements:

A genuine interest in early childhood education.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
Experience in a childcare or preschool setting is preferred.
