Job Description JOB DEFINITION: The Registered Nurse will work with the CN Guidance FACT Team to deliver services to those individuals who are diagnosed with severe mental illness and whose needs have not been met by more traditional service delivery approaches. The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care and implements treatment plans under the direction of the Nurse Manager and medical staff, following established clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse by the New York State Department of Education and possess either an Associate's Degree (if awarded prior to December 18, 2017), Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program*.
