Job Description Infucare RX is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Fairfield, NJ area. This is an onsite role with flexibility to go hybrid. As a Senior Accountant, you will support key accounting operations, including accounts payable, monthly financial reporting, accruals, allocations, and revenue reconciliations. This role requires strong knowledge of the general ledger, sub-ledgers, and month-end close processes. The Senior Accountant will also contribute to special projects as our department and organization expand. This is a long-term role with strong potential for professional growth. Job Responsibilities: (Duties may include, but are not limited to all or some of the following) • Review and preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements;, • As part of the close process, review and check postings from various modules, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and expense management., • Complete monthly reconciliations (Revenue, A/R, Bank, etc.);, • Assist with review and check postings from various modules, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and expense management to determine accuracy;, • Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; and The candidate should have the following requirements as a minimum for the position: • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field of study (CPA/CMA is a plus), • 4-7 years of relevant work experience (public accounting or healthcare industry experience a plus)., • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experience with large ERP software packages (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a plus) and/or BI tools (CareTend BI a plus)., • Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of information., • Demonstration of the ability to work in a team-oriented environment., • Must be capable of functioning with flexibility in assignments.
