Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will support our accounting operations and administrative functions. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting customers., • Sort and review freight invoices for payment, disputing them as necessary to resolve billing discrepancies., • Handle basic data entry and maintain an accurate invoicing database., • Support general administrative and office duties as assigned., • Monitor customer accounts, generate statements, and contact customers via phone or email regarding past due balances and payments., • Work with customers to establish payment arrangements where necessary. Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent required., • Experience in administrative and office support., • Previous Accounts Receivable and/or collections experience is a plus., • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or other accounting software is required., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)., • Strong organizational skills., • Ability to multitask and prioritize., • Reliable, professional, and a team player., • Bilingual is a plus (Spanish) Join us to be part of a company that values precision, efficiency, and dedication.
