Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Strategy • Own the end-to-end lifecycle for assigned product and service areas (e.g., private LTE/5G networking services, managed connectivity, subscription-based and recurring revenue services, network edge, or adjacent service layers), • Translate customer problems, field insights, and partner inputs into clear product requirements, roadmap priorities, and repeatable service definitions, • Engage directly with current and prospective customers to understand operational requirements, deployment constraints, and ongoing service needs, • Act as a product subject-matter expert in customer discussions, pilots, and early deployments, with a focus on validating long-term value and renewal drivers, • Define product and service requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans, • Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver solutions that are deployable, supportable, and structured for recurring revenue, • Help design and refine managed, subscription, or usage-based service offerings that extend customer value beyond initial deployments, • Contribute to the definition of service tiers, SLAs, and operational models that support predictable, repeatable revenue, • Serve as the connective tissue between product strategy, service design, and execution across internal teams, • Collaborate with ecosystem partners, regulatory stakeholders, and internal experts where product and service decisions intersect with standards or compliance, • 5–10+ years of experience in networking, telecommunications, infrastructure, or adjacent technical domains, • Proven experience managing technical products and/or service-based, recurring revenue offerings, • Solid understanding of IP networking, WAN/LAN, wireless (LTE/5G), or managed networking services, • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable product and service decisions, • Experience with subscription-based, managed, or usage-based service models, • Experience with private cellular, fixed wireless, or managed network services, • Exposure to utility, public sector, or mission-critical infrastructure environments, • Opportunity to help shape an emerging category of private cellular solutions and recurring service offerings for critical infrastructure, • Direct influence on products and services moving from strategy into live customer deployments, • High-visibility role in a growing product organization focused on durable, repeatable revenue

Pay is $100k - $115k annually DOE • Analyze existing processes using data and present proposals on improvements. Implementation and verification of acceptance of proposed improvements., • Participate as a member of the APQP Project Team., • Participate as a member of the New Program Development/Quoting Team., • Investigate and determine root cause(s) for internal and external complaints and/or quality rejections. (DPD, DPA’s, 8D’s, DMR), • Lead or participate in trouble shooting of existing and new processes., • Create and maintain process documentation. Train personnel as it relates to process documentation and procedures., • BS degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering., • Must possess good analytical and problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude., • 5 years minimum experience in a medium/high volume manufacturing environment.
