Trainer Responsibilities * Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons. * Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your and the client’s availability. * Travel safely to and from clients’ preferred training locations. * Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals. * Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs. * Provide the equipment needed to have a successful lesson. * Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience. * Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions. * Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress.
