This position entails eligibility for a sign-on bonus for your commitment to work at our Horizon Certified Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) located at our Pine Avenue Recovery Center and Lockport Recovery Centers for at least one year. A change in scheduled hours or location of employment may impact eligibility of bonus.
