All persons must meet the following requirements in order to operate a motor vehicle for business purposes including, but not limited to, making deliveries: • No more than two driving-related violations (such as speeding, failure to yield, failure to obey traffic signals, careless driving, failure to wear a seatbelt,) in the two years immediately preceding the date of the MVR., • No more than three driving related violations in the three years immediately preceding the date off the MVR., • Leaving the scene of an accident., • Hit and Run, • Reckless Driving, • Any driving violations involving drugs or alcohol., • Vehicular homicide or assault, • Unlawful Racing and Exhibition Driving, • Eluding or Attempting to Allude an officer.
