Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Stone Mason Apprentice to assist our skilled masons on job sites. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals looking to build a career in masonry and construction. You will gain hands-on experience with stone, concrete, mortar, and tools while supporting the preparation, installation, and finishing of stone projects. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Apartment Building Superintendent to oversee the daily operations and general maintenance of our 45-unit residential property. This is a live-in position, and compensation includes a 2-bedroom apartment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor repairs.
