JOB DUTIES • Completes comprehensive screenings and assessments of clients if indicated and ensures treatment of clients with co-occurring disorders is provided by appropriately trained and qualified clinical staff ., • Completes Clinical Assessments, consultations, and psychotherapeutic counseling services under the supervision of a State Licensed Clinical Social Worker or other clinical supervisors., • Completes the professional application of Social Work methods, Professional Counselor values in the assessment and psychotherapy counseling of individuals, families, or psychotherapy groups., • Engages in full compliance with the Scope of Practice of an LSW and LAC, but not limited to: Social Work Services, Clinical Social Work Services, and Professional Counselor/ Associate Counselor under the supervision of an LCSW or LPC ., • Completes detailed assessments and/or evaluation of the client’s history of psychological and/or psychiatric treatment (i.e., which shall include, but not be limited to, previous admissions to psychiatric facilities, history of suicidal/homicidal ideation and attempts, outpatient psychiatric treatment, psychotropic medications, etc., • Completes DSM-5-TR diagnoses, Individualized Service Plans (ISP), level of care recommendations, and service pre-authorizations as indicated., • Complete the client service plan by the fifth session or within 60 days of the first face-to-face visit, whichever occurs first, except when documented that clinical circumstances dictate that a different time frame is in the client's best interest., • Provide service plan review at significant decision points in each client's course of treatment and the review shall be documented in either the progress notes or treatment plan revision.
