Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Social Worker plays a critical role in supporting individuals and families coping with grief, medical diagnoses, caregiving and life transitions. Under the supervision of the Director, the Social Worker is responsible for organizing and facilitating professionally led support groups, workshops, and emotional support sessions for teens and adults. Job Description Hope For Youth's Residential Services Department provides community based, trauma informed, youth and family driven care to adolescents and young adults in Nassau and Suffolk County.
